We work with several local real estate agents helping you adhere to your carpet cleaning and pest control obligations in-order to successfully retrieve your bond deposit.

Ideally, we would conduct the treatment after you have vacated the premises. This is to ensure the effective treatment of the property for silverfish, spiders, cockroaches, ants and fleas, as well as the full cleaning of all carpeted surfaces without furniture or boxes in the way.

Prices for Bond Pest Control and Carpet Cleaning do vary, based on the size of the property you are renting and the extent of pest infestations and/or condition of carpets. Please call us for a free quote.
